Integrated bodywork, education & whole-person wellness

Understand what your body's trying to tell you.

I'm Isabelle — a licensed massage therapist and Structural Integrator in Ogden. I do hands-on bodywork that looks at the whole picture: how you move, where you hold tension, and the patterns underneath the pain.

By appointment only, no walk-ins · Ogden, Utah

Why the whole picture

Your body isn't a collection of separate parts. The place that hurts the loudest isn't always where the problem started.

An old ankle injury can show up as hip pain. Stress can keep your shoulders up around your ears. Sit all day and some muscles get stiff while others quietly overwork. I look at the pattern, not just the spot that hurts — and I explain what I'm seeing in plain language, so it actually makes sense to you.

What I do

A few ways in, depending on what you need.

Structural bodywork

Fascial, structural work for chronic pain, posture, and tension that keeps coming back — anchored by my specialty, Structural Integration.

Education & self-care

I teach you what's going on and simple things you can do between sessions, so you're not stuck depending on appointments to feel okay.

Movement & coaching

Help turning what you notice into small, realistic changes — the everyday choices that make the work last.

Energy work

A quieter, grounding option for people who want it. Never forced into a session, and never a stand-in for medical care.

We start with a call.

Every new client starts with a short consultation call, usually around 30 minutes. We talk through what's going on, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping for. No pressure, and no obligation to book anything.

About Isabelle

ReSelf started with my own body.

For years I dealt with severe migraines and muscle spasms, trying to manage the pain without really understanding why my body felt the way it did. Structural Integration was one of the first things that helped me see my pain differently — it showed me the body holds patterns. That's the work I do now, and the reason I care so much about helping you understand yours.
