The approach

How is ReSelf Integrated different?

Why Isabelle combines structural work, education, practical self-care, and client choice instead of using one method for everyone.

A lot of bodywork focuses only on getting tight muscles to relax. Some structural practitioners focus mostly on posture and alignment. Some holistic businesses focus heavily on spiritual or energetic ideas. Each approach can offer something valuable, but I don't believe every person needs to be placed into the same box.

At ReSelf Integrated, we look at the whole pattern without losing common sense.

I combine my training in structural integration and massage therapy with fascia education, movement awareness, practical self-care, coaching, holistic wellness, and energy work when it is appropriate. I also explain what I'm noticing in language you can understand. I don't want you to leave thinking, "I guess she did something helpful." I want you to understand your body better than you did when you walked in.

You stay part of the process

I'm also not here to make you dependent on appointments. Hands-on work can be powerful, but what happens between sessions matters too. I may teach you how to notice a compensation pattern, use a simple self-care tool, adjust the way you recover, or recognize when your body is asking for something different.

Energy work is never forced into a session, and I won't pretend it replaces medical or mental-health care. For people who are open to it, it can be used as another way to slow down, become more aware, and explore what they are experiencing.

This work is collaborative. You are allowed to ask questions, have boundaries, disagree, or decide that something isn't right for you. You are the expert on what it feels like to live in your body. My role is to bring education, skilled support, and a different set of eyes to the process.
